i'm so excited...i'm so SCARED! :)
sooo, in case you hadn't heard, i am taking a wilton cake decorating class at my local friendly michaels store. i am pretty stoked about it - the first class was last night, and it is a four week class. food+art pretty much says "brooke", after all. i love both of those things! the only potentially scary thing about it (hence the title - love you saved by the bell) is what i have to create in week three:

clowns are scary, even when they look SO delicioso.

my mum and sisters use to do the cake decorating classes at hobby lobby... they loved them.... and one of my sisters now makes cakes professionally (as a side job). crazy. you are going to be such an amazing cake decorator. i can't wait to see what you make. although the clown cake IS rather frightening. ;( do you ever watch ace of cakes? damn that show is amazing. so much talent. maybe we will see you making an amazing hogwarts cake one of these days. when i have a baby someday, that can be my baby shower cake. ;) lol.
