weird stuff

this post is about weird stuff that my students give me. they are pretty cool, in general and also for giving me stuff. if you click on this to make it big you will see:
a crown made of like vines from when we were on the all-high-school campout, an adventure in photoshop "the right to bear arms", a wooden facey type thing made to cheer me recently by ellen in art class, a giraffe hat, a drawing, a silly photo, rafael, a picture my boss's daughter colored, a lamp also made by ellen in art class (it is SO cool but i think just a temporary loan), a south park card, pencils with giraffes & stuff on them, coffee because several of my students work at starbucks and get it free, some wacky coloring book pages (i let them color in study hall if all their work is done - check out vomiting george cause it is great), and a few notes from ellen that are delightfully opposite.

they are, like i say, pretty cool. but as a result, my office looks a little like a 14-year-old's bedroom!

Aw. I made the pic bigger and checked everything out.. Super sweet... and oddly reminded me of Juno's bedroom, I agree. ;) Now if they could just get you a hamburger phone!
