ps- i know i talk about my stuff more than p's stuff which sucks. he taught lots of camps this summer: middle school rock band, intro to songwriting, drumline, etc. next week he has high school rock. but i, having not taught camps before, started my primary school art camp yesterday and i was a nervous wreck! yesterday we
learned some basics about drawing and did some self-portraits. today we went to the pool, worked on mosaics, and drew some jungle animals. i am happy to say it is going well thus far and thanks for everyone that i bitched to about my worry about the whole thing!

i must say that i always adored my art teachers when i was growing up. art teachers make the world go 'round, in my humble opinion. ;)
awesome informative post! LOVE it.
my art teacher was my gym teacher in grade school. she smoked cigarettes while we had to run the mile around the soccer field for the presidential challenge.
