i just found out that my company is going to match donations made to the red cross for hurricane relief. we are currently collecting checks made payable directly to the Red Cross, and though paul and i have already donated (through our bank we could have the money directly wired to red cross which is great for immediacy as well), we won't skip the opportunity to have our donations matched. my mother-in-law's company is matching donations in addition. if you'd like to add to ours in order to help toward a greater donation, just let me or p or pam know. (baknight42@gmail.com) and don't forget to check out www.hurricanehousing.com if you have a spare room and can potentially house someone in need. you can "request" specific situations, such as no pets, or couples, or whatever. we've got to do all we can to help!!!!
